What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payments through PayPal or direct deposit to our bank account.  Details of our bank account is shown once you check out.  Alternatively, you could call us directly or leave a message for us to call you to pay over the phone. 

If I am not happy with the product can I return it and get a refund?

Unfortunately it is our store policy that we do not refund for any products if you just changed your mind.  Please select your product(s) carefully before confirming the payment.  We will be happy for you to exchange the good(s) with any other products which we have on our online store or in our shop.  If the product(s) was delivered in poor conditions, we will resend the same product to you free of charge once we have evidence of its poor state.  You could email us a detailed photo of the damages or bring it to our shop.

Can I order a tea set and pick it up from GAS Southland instead of having it sent to me by post?

Yes, you can purchase the tea set online and select "Pick Up from GAS Southland" option as the delivery method. The delivery fee is waived if the pick up from GAS Southland option is selected. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment to be processed before picking up your order from GAS Southland. If in doubt whether your order is ready for pick up or not, please contact us on 03 9584 3377 or via email.

I would like to purchase a fairy outfit for my niece as a present. Can you gift wrap and deliver the present directly to her?

Yes we can gift wrap and delivery your order directly to your niece.  Simply state your niece's address as the delivery address and it will be dispatched directly to her once payment is processed.
